It highlights how tumor complexity, ischemia strategy, resection technique, intraoperative imaging, parenchymal preservation, hemostasis, renorrhaphy, and surgeon experience influence oncologic control, renal functional preservation, and perioperative morbidity. The article provides an evidence-based framework to optimize outcomes in nephron-sparing surgery for localized renal masses.
