About Dr. Jagannath Roy
Dr. Jagannath Roy is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the National Institute of Technology Warangal, India. His research focuses on fuzzy optimization, operations research, and sustainable logistics and supply chain management. He has published in leading journals such as Expert Systems with Applications, Annals of Operations Research, and Journal of Industrial Information Integration. Dr. Roy’s work actively contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly addressing No Poverty (SDG 1), Zero Hunger (SDG 2), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure (SDG 9), Sustainable Cities and Communities (SDG 11), Responsible Consumption and Production (SDG 12), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17). His recent contributions integrate hybrid fuzzy MCDM frameworks and optimization models for resilient and sustainable supply chains, Logistics 4.0, and last-mile delivery management.
