About Elham Malik

I am a researcher in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management with a focus on self-managed organizations, home-based healthcare delivery, and humanistic approaches to management. My doctoral research at IIT (BHU) explored patient and nursing experiences within self-managed homecare organizations in the Indian context, contributing to emerging interdisciplinary dialogues on alternative organizational forms in healthcare.

My broader research interests include flat organizational structures, positive psychology, and the intersection of spirituality, meaning, and management practice. I have published in journals such as Discover Health Systems, BMC Nursing, Discover Psychology, and the Journal of Statistics and Management Systems, and have presented my work at  Academy of Management (AOM) and other reputed conferences.
