About Katie Fellows, PhD

Katie is an environmental scientist on the Research Services Team for the Hazardous Waste Management Program in King County, WA, where she focuses on Safer Alternatives. Prior to joining the Haz Waste Program in 2019, Katie completed a doctorate at the University of Washington in Environmental and Occupational Hygiene; her dissertation focused on climate change, pesticide use, and exposure disparities in agricultural communities. Katie also has a MS in epidemiology from Harvard University.
