About Marius Didziokas

I am a final year PhD student focusing on the biomechanics of the craniofacial facial system, namely the response of the mouse craniofacial system to external loading. I have expertise in micro CT imaging, computational models and medical image processing. I'm currently transitioning to a postdoctoral fellow position at Aarhus University, focusing on nanoscale synchrotron tomography.

Unravelling Cranial Suture Biomechanics: An Investigation into the Mouse Skull

Our exploration into cranial suture biomechanics began with a challenge: how can we translate mechanical loading's potential into measurable and scalable interventions? This quest led us to develop a multiscale approach, revealing unexpected insights into suture plasticity and deformation.
