My doctoral research investigates the activation of industrial and mining wastes to develop high-performance supplementary cementitious materials and low-carbon binders.
Using advanced characterisation techniques including TGA,XRD,TEM-SEM and activation pathways, I examine microstructural evolution, phase development, and durability performance. The objective is to transform underutilised waste streams into value-added materials that support circular economy principles and reduce the environmental impact of cement and mining industries.
I actively engage with developments in materials science, cement chemistry, and sustainable infrastructure, and I am interested in collaborations focused on low-carbon construction, durability, and innovative material design.
