Australia's Urban Evolution: Understanding Population, Climate, and Housing Dynamics
Urban areas worldwide are undergoing rapid population expansions, which drive not only economic growth but also lead to higher housing costs. In this paper, we propose a novel estimation approach to estimate the impact of population growth on housing costs using Australian city-level panel data.
