About Tulishree Pradhan
Tulishree Pradhan (Ph.D) is an Associate Professor at the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology(KIIT), Deemed to be University, India, dedicated to academic excellence. Actively engaging in Seminars and Workshops, she has presented papers globally, notably at the University of Warsaw, Poland (2017), NOVA University of Business & Economics, Portugal (2018) and University of Coimbra, Portugal (2019). Her commitment to societal welfare is evident through voluntary work, earning her the Bharat Vikas Award (2017) and ICSSR Doctoral Fellowship (2018). Engaging with KIIT’s Centre for Water, she has completed projects like ICSSR-IMPRESS, Ministry of Education, Govt. of India (2019) on the significance of water management in the urban ecology and an ongoing ICSSR-sanctioned project (2023) on Criminal Justice for Scheduled Tribes in Odisha. She has established a Centre at KIIT School of Law named Tribal Affairs Research and Advocacy(TARA). Notably, her recent presentation on Biodiversity and Sustainable development at the prestigious 34th International RAIS Conference in Washington, DC, USA showcased her profound insights drawn from her multifaceted roles, including that of a legal consultant for the Save Elephant Foundation Trust, Odisha, India.
