About Utku Ekim

I work as a research assistant and am pursuing my PhD in the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at Yıldız Technical University. Since 2019, I have been a member of the YTU Glass Research Group, where I focus on the synthesis of glass, glass nanomaterials, and lanthanide- and perovskite-doped glass nanocomposites. My research includes investigating and characterizing the luminescent and optical properties of these materials.
