The guest is Chad Womack, the senior director of STEM initiatives at UNCF. In our conversation we discussed the Ernest Everett Just Institute, and Chad mentioned a great biography on E.E. Just, called Black Apollo of Science. The book can be bought on Amazon, and it’s also sold by Oxford University Press. 

He also mentioned the speech Barack Obama made when he announced his candidacy for president for 2008; that can be found here. Obama’s speech at the National Academy of Sciences can be found here.
