For a step-by-step explanation, please see the details below…

If you are looking to link your published research paper to your blog post, this can be done via

the ‘Article link’ dropdown on the right-hand side of the post creation menu.

Click on ‘Article link’ and then simply paste the link to your article and

click save. After your post is published, the link will appear as a ‘Read the Paper’ section at the top of the post, which will take users to the original article.

Make sure that you are adding a valid link to your blog post. If your paper was published in:

  • a Nature Portfolio journal, your link should be in this format: https://nature.com/articles/unique-article-number
  • a Springer Nature journal, your link should be in this format:
    https://link.springer.com/article/unique-article-number
  • a BMC journal, your link should be in this format:
    https://journal-title.biomedcentral.com/articles/unique-article-number

We recommend avoiding ReadCube, DOI, and pdf link versions as they might not appear correctly on the blog post.
