Depicted on the cover is the cryo EM structure of Ebola Virus sGP, a non-structural protein that is secreted abundantly by infected cells. Both the dimeric sGP and the trimeric glycoprotein attached to the virus arise from a single gene, but form different oligomeric structures and present antibody epitopes uniquely. These structures extend our knowledge of the accessible filovirus immunogenic landscape.
