About Bahzad Salim

I am Dr. Bahzad Taher Salim, an Associate Professor specializing in Innovation Management, Marketing and Accounting. My research focuses on topics such as workplace innovation, creativity, organizational behavior, Economics, small business and strategic marketing practices—with particular attention to emerging economies and transitional contexts such as the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

I have experience in both academic teaching and applied research, guiding undergraduate and postgraduate students in management and innovation-related fields. My scholarly work explores how organizations can foster innovative cultures, enhance employee engagement, and align marketing strategies with technological and institutional changes.

I am particularly interested in knowledge sharing, leadership styles, digital transformation, organizations theory and sustainability-driven innovation. Through my publications and ongoing projects, I aim to contribute to a deeper understanding of how innovation and marketing intersect to drive competitive advantage and organizational growth.
