About Byung Hak Jhun
My expertise lies in synthesizing organic photoactive molecules, conducting spectroscopic analyses to investigate their behavior in the excited state, and applying the developed molecules to new applications. I have extensive experience in organic synthesis, spectroscopy, and DFT calculations. Additionally, I have a strong interest and background in utilizing these materials for applications such as OLEDs and photocatalysts. Recently, I joined Emory University in Atlanta as a postdoctoral researcher, where I am currently studying multiplexing imaging materials that combine vibrational spectroscopy and fluorescence imaging.
