About Chunyu Dong

Dr Chunyu Dong is currently an Associate Professor at Sun Yat-sen University's School of Civil Engineering. He obtained a PhD in Hydrology and Climatology at Heidelberg University (2016). He has been a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) from 2016 to 2019. He has a research background in the fields of ecohydrology and snow hydrology. Dr Dong's research seeks to understand the impacts of climate change on the water cycle and terrestrial ecosystems at various scales.
