About Chunzhi Cai
Chunzhi Cai earned his Ph.D. at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Thuwal, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) and a Master's degree in Environmental Health and Safety from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Chunzhi's research centers on the pivotal fields of food antioxidants and the mitigation of environmental pollution.
