About Gregory J. Baker, PhD, PharmD
I am a cancer systems immunologist at Harvard Medical School with a background in experimental (PhD) and computational (postdoc) biomedical research. My interest lies in connecting immune and metabolic changes in the tumor microenvironment with the status of the peripheral immune system and its variation across subjects. My current work centers on the development and deployment of research strategies for correlative clinical and preclinical studies in cancer immunology including those related to multiplex tissue imaging (CyLinter, MORPHÆUS), systemic immune response profiling (SYLARAS), and multimodal data integration (SCALES).
