About Haosu Tang

Hi, I’m Haosu. I study extreme climate events and the processes that drive them, with a focus on the role of anthropogenic warming. I use high-resolution climate modeling to explore these processes and project how they might evolve in the future. I’m also interested in the impacts of extreme events, from cryospheric change to human health.
