About Jason Entsminger
Jason S. Entsminger, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (Maine Business School), and Assistant Extension Professor and State Extension Specialist for Small Business (UMaine Cooperative Extension) at the University of Maine. His research spans innovation, value creation, new venture startups, and entrepreneurial ecosystems with a focus on entrepreneurial action in rural contexts and the agrifood industry. His current projects examine business model innovation for improved resiliency and sustainability, building capacity for more inclusive entrepreneurial enabling environments, and strategic action under entrepreneurial uncertainty about consumer product evaluations.
