About Jian Wu

Dr. Wu gained his PhD degree in Ornamental Horticulture at China Agricultural University in 2016. He did his postdoctoral study in Plant Science at University of Toronto from 2017 to 2019. He is a Professor in the Department of Ornamental Horticulture at China Agricultural University since 2023. Currently, his research interests lie primarily in the mechanisms underlying bud dormancy in geophytes, especially lily and gladiolus, and bulb/corm development.
