About Jin Zhang
Dr.-Ing. Jin Zhang is currently working as a Professor of Water Resources at Yangtze Institute for Conservation and Development, Hohai University. Dr.-Ing. Zhang got his Ph.D. degree with great honor at the Institute of Urban and Industrial Water Management, Technische Universität Dresden, Germany. He is working on multi-aspect of Urban Water Management. His research interests are integrated urban water management with a focus on rain-runoff process, modeling of transport and conversion processes in surface waters, environmental behavior of priority micropollutants in urban waters, forecasting the urban flooding induced by the extreme events, chronic and acute impacts of combined sewer overflow on surface water, and potential interaction between stormwater, sewer, and groundwater.
