From uncertain variants to functional evidence: the story behind FuncVEP
FuncVEP grew from a simple problem: sequencing can find missense variants faster than medicine can interpret them. We built a predictor trained on functional evidence to make variant interpretation cleaner, less circular and more useful for gene discovery—including inborn errors of immunity.
