The Promise of Oxygen-to-Sulfur Exchange in Amide-Derived Covalent Warheads
We demonstrate the utility of a simple Oxygen-to-Sulfur exchange for covalent warhead design and related applications. Our findings establish this approach as a powerful strategy for fine-tuning covalent reactivity and expanding the chemical toolbox of covalent drug discovery and chemical biology.
