GNAS knockout potentiates HDAC3 inhibition through viral mimicry-related interferon responses in lymphoma

In this study, we reveal an unexpected mechanism that mimics viral infection by knocking out GNAS gene to sensitize resistant lymphoma cells to HDAC3 inhibition. We further show low GNAS expression in lymphoma patients as a potential biomarker for viral mimicry priming to enhance HDAC3 inhibition.
