In the future, it may be possible to track the career development trajectories of these surveyed students to determine whether their initial satisfaction with career choices has changed over time and to identify the potential causes of such changes, thereby providing support for establishing more durable predictions.
Thank you for this valuable remark. This limitation is already acknowledged in the manuscript and included among the perspectives of this work. A longitudinal follow-up of students would make it possible to better capture how satisfaction evolves over time and to identify the factors driving these changes. In this context, approaches based on multidimensional time series could provide a relevant extension for modeling such dynamics. We believe that investing in this research direction could meaningfully improve the quality of decision-support systems and enhance the effectiveness of academic and career guidance.
