I have been working as a principal software engineer since August 10, 1999, at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, Ministry of Education, Government of India. I am an IT professional with experience in multiple domains. I am also involved in academics and research. I have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-class, scalable data management solutions in terms of IT Project Management. I am involved in functional requirements, data architecture, data modelling, enterprise database design, data extraction, and data analysis and interpretation. I have experience with how to take necessary measures in data governance. I have worked well on data integration (mediated and materialized), data warehousing, and data mining. I am working closely with various units to collect, prepare, organize, protect, and analyze data assets. I am engaged in doing case studies, benchmarking, performance evaluations (KPIs) and quality assurance. I have a number of research publications in international journals and conference proceedings. I have published two book chapters in the field of Computer Science in an internationally circulated book. I have introduced large numbers small to big IT systems and some of them are copyrighted. I have released large numbers innovative documents on various domains for the institute. I have obtained many trainings in the field of computer applications, data analysis and interpretation and project planning. I have worked well for the university rankings and accreditation. I was the key player in the External Peer Review process, Institute of Eminence and preparing action plan for the next 15 years to bring the Institute as par with world class Institution. I have received the Staff Excellence Award based on an assessment of significant impact on the institute's functioning through outstanding dedication, competence, and exceptional performance, excellent service to the institute community and staff, and ingenuity. I have received a certificate of recognition for the QS Reimagine Education Award 2023 for exemplary service as judge, contributing insights and expertise to the rigorous evaluation and celebration of ground-breaking educational innovations from all over the world submitted to the QS Reimagine Education Award 2023. My two more review research papers are accepted for indexing to ERIC, USA. One journal paper is also accepted for indexing to ERIC, USA. One journal paper is under review pertaining to e-Learning in higher education. One paper for the international conference is in process of review. Presently, I am writing one paper on values of quantitative data on resulting to qualitative outcomes.
