Dr. Timothy Lynch, the most cited school practitioner on Google Scholar, is the Western Co-Head of ECE and Primary at Yew Chung International School of Chongqing (China) and Adjunct Professor at Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education (YCCECE), Hong Kong (China).
