In honour of International Women's Day, I shared some of my research on key success factors that enable female entrepreneurs to grow in complex institutional environments.

Dr. Glory Enyinnaya is a researcher, writer, educator and founder exploring one central question: ''How do change agents pursue entrepreneurial opportunities?''

A member of the faculty of Pan-Atlantic University in Nigeria, she created the entrepreneurial change readiness framework, which she introduced in the Harvard Business Review (May 2023), her Palgrave Macmillan book ''Institutional Entrepreneurship in African Fintech'' (June 2026) and expands further in her forthcoming book with Cambridge University Press.

A passionate educator, she teaches strategic thinking, innovation, platform strategy, business startups and ethics at Pan-Atlantic University and Lagos Business School.

Before entering academia, she worked as a change management consultant at Accenture and Ernst & Young and founded Kleos Advisory, a strategy consulting firm focused on entrepreneurial ecosystems.
