Building Stronger Evidence for Educational Equity Through Data and Research
Published in Education
Educational systems in low-resource and fragile contexts continue to face significant challenges related to equity, foundational learning, and access to quality education. As researchers and reviewers, we have a shared responsibility to promote rigorous, transparent, and policy-relevant scholarship that contributes to meaningful educational transformation.
My recent research interests focus on:
- Educational assessment and learning analytics
- Machine learning applications in education
- Geospatial and multilevel analysis of educational inequalities
- Foundational learning and school effectiveness
- Evidence-based educational policy in Somaliland and Somalia
I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the Springer Nature Editorial Community through manuscript reviewing and scholarly engagement across interdisciplinary education and social science journals.
I look forward to connecting with fellow researchers, reviewers, and editors working on educational data science, policy analysis, and equitable learning systems globally.
