I'm currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Cambridge (UK), but I'll soon join the Carnegie Institution for Science (DC, USA).
I completed my PhD at the University of Leeds (UK), which was followed by a postdoctoral fellowship position at the University of Bologna (Italy).

Magmas move rapidly beneath Ethiopia
Tectonic extension in late-stage continental rifts is supported by the efficient delivery of hot magmas into the crust. Here we show that such magmatic systems have developed under intermediate-stage rift zones in Ethiopia.
