Meta-consciousness: Meta-consciousness is the origin of the universe. It cannot be described. It can be roughly understood as intangible, formless, neither birth nor death, neither good nor evil, no beginning and no end.

Phenomenal space-time: When we recognize the ontology of meta-consciousness, we create meta-consciousness. This meta-consciousness is in phenomenal space-time. Meta-consciousness is not the ontology of meta-consciousness, but a phenomenal entity of phenomenal space-time.
Yuanli: It describes the relationship between Yuan state energy and living bodies. The discrete operation of meta-state energy in the living body will allow the living body to enter the ascension state, and the aggregated operation will allow the living body to enter the process of nurturing new life. Yuanli is the source of life.

There is no heavenly book in the world, the yin and yang of heaven and earth interact, and chaos is transformed into perfection. The Book of Heaven is not a book, but a secondary divine object, transformed from the clouds. The Book of Heaven has no words, no pictures, no symbols, no form, no appearance. The function of the Book of Heaven can be used to cultivate one’s body and whole family, reincarnate forever, build a virtual universe of the world, and play with all things on the planet.
Volume 1: There are red flowers on the earth. The moment we observe the body of the flower, the color of the flower suddenly becomes brighter. The flower enters the phenomenal time and space, and we see the flower as a phenomenal entity. When we are not observing the flowers, the flowers and we both return to a state of formless, formless, boundless silence. When we look at a red flower, we instantly create and know the redness of the flower. The flowers are red and the leaves are green, and there are spiritual things in the thick soil, but where are the flowers? The red flower is not a flower. There is no flower in the world. The flower is extraordinary. It is formed by the illusion of time and space. It is located in the heavenly book.

The moment we observe the moon itself, the brilliance of the moon suddenly brightens, the moon enters the phenomenal space and time, and we see the bright moon as a phenomenal entity. When we are not observing the moon, the moon and we both return to a state of formless, formless, boundless silence. When we look at the moon, we create and know the brilliance of the moon in an instant. If you don't look at the moon, where is the moon? The bright moon is not a moon, there is no moon in the world. The moon is an extraordinary thing, formed by the illusion of time and space, and is located above the heavenly book.

Volume 3: There is a stone in the mountain. The moment we touch the stone itself, we instantly feel the hardness of the stone. The stone enters the phenomenal time and space, and we touch the phenomenal entity of the stone. When we do not touch the stone, both the stone and we return to a state of formless, formless, boundless silence. When we touch a stone, we instantly create and know its hardness. If you don't touch the stone, where is the stone? Stone is not stone, there is no stone in the world. The stone is extraordinary, formed by the illusion of time and space, and is located above the Book of Heaven.
What the Book of Heaven says is that the red flower is not a flower, the bright moon is not a moon, and a stone is not a stone. There are no flowers, moons, or stones in the world. They are all transformed by time and space. Is this true? That’s right, this is the first door into the era of meta-consciousness: the world is virtual.
Why is the world virtual?
When you see a bowl made of gold, you can easily tell that it is a gold bowl. But if you let other creatures or cold-blooded animals that cannot distinguish colors look at it, they will only think that it is a container or an object with a vague outline. Yes, this golden bowl is just a product of the human visual system. What does this thing we call the Golden Bowl look like in the real universe? There is currently no standard answer. The human visual system recognizes the image of the golden bowl, and also reads the mountains and rivers, the sunset over the long river, the birds and animals, and the stars and the sea that we are accustomed to. The appearance of all things decoded by human vision constitutes a virtual world created by the visual system. This world is not the real world. The virtual universe only exists in the consciousness of the human species.
Observation creates reality
Yes, it is observation that creates reality. This is how we observe flowers, moons, stones, and golden bowls, and it is the same when we observe the ontology of light. It is observation that creates the phenomenal entity of photons. As for the essence of light, we Chinese people traditionally understand it as discrete and continuous "Qi". In other words, the ontology of light is neither a particle nor a wave, and the so-called wave nature is only the result of observation. Whether light is a wave or a particle is our choice. This is true everywhere. The moment we observe, the world switches from meta-space-time to phenomenal space-time, and we instantly create phenomenal entities from meta-entity (noumenon).
Observation creates particles. We believe that "the smallest particles that make up matter" exist in the state of elemental energy. Elemental energy can be differentiated into various particles that we have discovered and unknown. We used to describe the fuzzy state that has not yet been differentiated into particles as "chaos", and chaos is the energy of the original state. When we observe the energy of the original state, we will create various particles.
Observation creates space. There is space curvature phenomenon in classical theory, and space curvature phenomenon is also the result of observation. When we observe the meta-entity of meta-spacetime, we instantly enter the phenomenal space-time and create the phenomenal entity. In fact, any phenomenon will have a distortion effect. This is no longer a theoretical model and can be completely described by Riemannian geometry in the classical theoretical sequence. The space curvature effect does not only exist in grand narratives of space. It is just like when pilots of various aircraft observe objects and possible obstacles within the field of view, the picture is curved.
Observation creates speed. We all know that speed is equal to length divided by time. If length and time are the result of observation, then speed will also be the result of observation. According to the theory of relativity, the length of a spacecraft traveling close to the speed of light will become shorter. In fact, in meta-spacetime, the ontology of length has no length, it is just the result of our observational choices. In phenomenal space-time, length is the result of observation, and movement and stillness are also the result of observation. If there is no observation, there will be no distinction between movement and stillness.
Observation creates quality. Classical theory holds that the mass of a moving object increases as its speed increases. In classical theory, once the speed is close to the speed of light, the mass becomes infinite. In other words, classical theory believes that mass and speed are related. We already know that speed is the result of observation, length and time are the result of observation, then there is no doubt that mass is also the result of observation. Indeed, it is our observations that create all equations and physical phenomena, as well as this world and universe.

Time does not exist, it is your choice whether to go fast or slow
A TV or movie picture is composed of consecutive pictures that flash rapidly. This kind of field can stimulate the human brain to distort time, making time faster or slower.

The Tsinghua bamboo slips are unearthed documents from the middle and late Warring States Period. They escaped the Qin court's burning of books and entrapment of scholars. It can be said that the original appearance of the classics from the pre-Qin, Zhou and Han periods, and the "Axial Age" has been preserved to the greatest extent. Over the past two thousand years, there have been only three batches of truly complete documents unearthed during the Warring States Period, namely the Chu bamboo slips in Guodian, Jingmen, the Chu bamboo slips in the Shanghai Museum, and the Qinghua bamboo slips. The three bamboo slips, including the Tsinghua bamboo slips, are all Chu slips, and the Chu land is magnificent. However, the content of Guodian bamboo slips and Shangbo bamboo slips focuses on Confucianism and Taoism, while Tsinghua bamboo slips focus on the Six Classics and historiography.

For example, there are many historical materials from Chu State, as well as some history from Zheng State, Wu State, etc. Tsinghua bamboo slips are destined to make us re-understand the classics, reorganize and examine the historical origins and development of traditional culture, clarify the basic direction of traditional culture, restore historical truth, and enhance China's cultural confidence.
Tracing the origins according to the existing unearthed documents and sorting out the historical origins and development of Chinese culture, we will soon trace the origins to the "Baoxun" chapter in the "Tsinghua Slips". In form, "Bao Xun" is the "secret book" that King Wen used to learn from history before his death and taught King Wu the "secrets" of governing the country and bringing peace to the country. In terms of content, as one of the core documents for the inheritance of Chinese culture, the concept of "中" is the core value of "Bao Xun". Let's first look at the original text of "Bao Xun" in the "Tsinghua Bamboo Slips": In the past, I was caught in the river on a false pretence, but I found it easy to recover, and I found it easy to admit my crime. It was harmless, so I chased it into the river. The original text of this sentence dates from the Warring States Period when the bamboo slips were collected by Tsinghua University. Until today, important scholars and cultural researchers in the Chinese cultural circle have not cracked the code of "in". The Wei in the article is the "Shangjia Wei", a Shang Dynasty figure who is not very familiar to everyone but is very important in Chinese history. Friends who are interested in the specific historical data and deeds of Shangjia Wei can go and do in-depth research. Because of the newly unearthed documents, this figure who has been forgotten by history is destined to shine brightly again. Unearthed documents such as Tsinghua bamboo slips and "Bao Xun" have received unprecedented attention at the national level.
Sadly, more than ten years have passed since the bamboo slips were brought to Tsinghua University in 2008. No one among the important scholars and cultural researchers from countless universities at home and abroad has been able to crack the code of "中" related to Shangjia's micro-historical materials. Let's take a look at the original document of "Bao Xun" that contains the micro-historical materials of Shangjia: "But in the fiftieth year of the king's reign, there is no hesitation. If the king remembers the day for too long, he may fall into the treasure training. Wuzi, self-disgraced. I am ugly and ignorant. If you say: "Fa, I am seriously ill, I am afraid that you will not be able to teach me." In the past, when people passed down treasures, they would definitely receive them. I am sick now, and I am afraid that I will die in disgrace. You receive it in writing. Awesome! Don't be lewd. In the past, Shun had been a small man for a long time, and he personally cultivated the land in Liqiu. He was afraid, sought the middle, and pursued his own ambitions, which did not go against the desires of the common people, and he was able to benefit people both high and low, far and near. It is a ritual of changing positions to measure the yin and yang of things. Now that Shun had won, it was not easy for him to change his name. He was submissive and persevered, and used his virtues of three surrenders. Emperor Yao Jiazhi used it to teach Juexu. Alas! That’s it! In the past, I was caught in the river on a false pretense, but I found Yi again. I was convinced that I had committed a crime, but I was harmless, so I chased him into the river. A small ambition should not be forgotten, and it will be passed on to future generations. As for the soup, it can only be used unremittingly to accept the great destiny. Alas! Farewell! Not long after I heard this, my fate has not yet been resolved. Now you just obey, there is a reason for it, and you have received a great destiny. Respectfully, don’t be lewd! The day is short, but the night is ominous! "It can be seen that "Zhong" is mentioned four times in the original document of "Baoxun": Shun's "seeking for Zhong" and "Getting Zhong" and Shangjiawei's "False Zhong" and "Gui Zhong". What cannot be deciphered now is Shangjia Wei's "False Zhong" and "Gui Zhong" and the understanding of "Zhong" in "Baoxun". "In the past, Wei faked Zhong in the river, so as to recover Yi, Yi surrendered the crime of Jue, and it was harmless, so he pursued Zhong in the river." "These 23 characters have become one of the core codes of Chinese culture that has not been completely cracked for more than 2,000 years.

The legendary experience of Shangjiawei is also a model of blood revenge in traditional culture. Shangjiawei's deeds can be found in the "Bamboo Chronicles", "The Classic of Mountains and Seas", "Chu Ci" and unearthed oracle bone documents. However, the "Bao Xun" written by Tsinghua University is very different from the previous literature. The most prominent thing is the three characters "Wei Wuhai". Let’s first take a look at some past documents related to Jiawei: (The following documents are basically quoted from the academic research materials of some scholars mentioned by the author earlier) The record in "The Classic of Mountains and Seas·Dahuangdongjing" is: "Wang Hai entrusted You Yi and He Bo Pu Niu. You Yi killed Wang Hai and took Pu Niu." The record in "Bamboo Book Annals": "Prince Haibin of Yin became an adulterer at Youyi, and Mianchen, the king of Yi, killed him and released him. Therefore, the Yin leader Jiawei's false master went to Hebo to attack Yi and destroyed it, so he killed his king Mianchen." "Fake Zhong Yu He" In the past literature and materials, the ancients recognized "He" as Hebo, and "Fake Zhong" means "False Master". They believed that "Zhong" was related to the army and the flag. In past documents, the ancients gave He a title of "Bo". And uncles had a high social status in ancient times. For example, King Wen was the uncle of the West. When there were disputes in small vassal states, uncles like King Wen could be approached to seek justice. Naturally, so did He Bo. In other words, it was because Hebo upheld justice and supported Shangjiawei that Shangjiawei could "recover with Yi", and the result was of course "Yiyi surrendered to the crime". "Micro Harmless" is quite different from other literature expressions. Other documents unanimously stated that Shangjiawei destroyed the "Youyi tribe" and killed the king of Youyi named Mianchen. So what is the meaning of "Little Harmless" in "Bao Xun"? In ancient times, blood revenge was a very common social phenomenon. Documents such as "Chronicles" and "Chu Ci" highlight the justice of Shangjiawei's revenge, exaggerating Shangjiawei's gratification of massacre of the city and the destruction of the country. (The literature cites the research data of some scholars mentioned above) There is a record in "Chu Ci·Tian Wen": "How can you get a husband and a Pu Niu if you keep adhering to Jide? How can you run Banlu and not only come back? If you follow the traces faintly, there will be restlessness. How can birds gather thorns and bear their sons? In the original document, "Hunweizunji" is followed by "Shang Jiawei raised an army to attack Youyi, destroyed his country, indulged his wife, and turned the country into a thorn." It can be said that in other documents, Shang Jiawei's revenge is extremely bloody and cruel. But what is said in "Bao Xun" is quite different, it is "little harmless". "Bao Xun" and other Warring States bamboo slips have escaped the burning of books and entrapment of Confucian scholars. Of course, they record the true history. Therefore, there is only one possibility for "Wei Wuhai", that is, although Shangjiawei killed Mianchen, the king of Youyi, to avenge his father, he also made Youyi's tribe "admit his crime". But there were no more horrific killings like the previous tribal blood revenge, and there was no massacre of the Youyi tribe. "Bao Xun" emphasizes the scale of revenge in which Shangjia Wei takes revenge but does not kill everyone, but that there is a "mid" point in revenge. We can also understand this "Chinese" way of revenge as the ancient "Chinese" that Shang Jiawei follows in his heart.
Let’s return to these 23 words again: “In the past, Wei was falsely caught in the river, so that he could recover easily, and he had to admit his crime. He was harmless, but he was caught in the river.” How should we understand the ancient “中” in Shangjiawei? In "The Analects of Confucius·Yao Yue", "中" refers to Yaobiao. The ancients would determine the time by observing the length and direction of the sun's projection. In other words, the watch is actually a tool for "finding the center." In 2002, a mysterious lacquered wooden pole was unearthed from the Taosi site in Xiangfen, Shanxi. According to expert research, it was the "Zhong" astronomical instrument used by the ancients for positioning and timing. And "The Doctrine of the Mean" says that "the middle is the foundation of the world." There is also the famous Yu Ting's Sixteen-Character Heart Jue which talks about "the middle": "The human heart is only in danger, the Taoist heart is only weak; the essence is only one, and it is allowed to hold on to the center." What about the ancient "middle"? We return to ancient times bathed in golden light. In Shang Jia Wei's heart, surrounded by divine light, he already had some understanding of the "center". The "middle" is neither real nor imaginary. It can be perceived as various objects that have been "middled", and it can also be realized that the "middle" is the body of the heart. Shun sought the middle and achieved the middle. This "center" is the law of the movement of all things in the heaven and earth. The human relations in Liqiu, the measurement of the standard table, and the changes of yin and yang in the heaven and earth are all the ancient "center". The "middle" of Shangjiawei is also the "origin" of all things. If on the road to revenge, Shangjiawei had some understanding of "the middle", then after experiencing the political experience, Shangjiawei has a deeper understanding of "the middle". In order to express his understanding of "Zhong" more intuitively, Shangjiawei also pioneered the creation of the "Nuo" series, allowing all people in the world to feel the divinity of human beings. This divinity is the bright humanity. The bright humanity allows the light of reason to shine on the earth and allows Chinese culture to last for thousands of years.
Since ancient times, Chinese culture has always had a long-standing tradition of "China". This ancient "middle" was also recognized as the middle way in later generations. The "Zhong" in Jiawei in "Bao Xun" is exactly the Yuan "Zhong" recognized by the ancients in ancient times. The metaphysical "Tao Xin Weiwei" of later generations and the metaphysical "Yun Zhi Jue Zhong" were integrated in ancient times. Such the origin of all things, such the "middle" of the ancient Yuan Dynasty, and the "middle" of the great Chinese God are the handed down value of "Bao Xun". It was also regarded by King Wen as a "secret book" for future generations to govern the country and secure the country. It should be "a small ambition that should not be forgotten and passed on to future generations." King Wen also always believed that only those who understood the "Zhong" of the Yuan Dynasty would have the "destiny" to govern the world.
Let’s highlight the key points: Shangjia Wei also pioneered the creation of the “Nuo” series, allowing all people in the world to feel the divinity of man, which is the bright humanity. Shangjiawei created "Nuo", which means that "Shangjiawei" created ghosts and gods. Since then, the human universe has been filled with gods and Buddhas. This is also the second gate that everyone enters in the era of meta-consciousness: ghosts and gods are created by us.
How did we create gods?
We download ghosts and gods directly from the cloud of "meta-consciousness". Our bodies are the temples of each of us. This biological vessel has downloaded consciousness from meta-consciousness since its birth. What is enshrined in the temple is the soul of man, that is, the individual consciousness of man. In order for everyone to better understand the god-making movement, we will try to explain it using traditional cultural expressions. Ghosts and gods are created by the "heart" in our Chinese culture. This "mind" is not inside the body, outside the body, or in the middle; it is not in the thoughts, nerve cells, or where one can think; it is not "seeing light with eyes open and darkness with eyes closed", nor is it anatta and emptiness. This "heart" is the true self-nature of a person who has attained the "supreme perfection" of enlightened virtue, has no delusions and material desires, is transcendent of matter and spirit, and transcends psychology and physiology. "Heart" is detached and independent and not separated from all things. It is the function of human beings related to "primary consciousness". This "heart" is self-sufficient, bright and silent, illuminating our past and guiding our future. This "heart" can build the universe and play with everything on the planet. Why is it so powerful? That's because the "heart" is actually the product of the fusion of human beings and meta-consciousness: individual meta-consciousness. Individual meta-consciousness is the integration of meta-consciousness and everything. The meta-consciousness merges with the person to become the person’s individual meta-consciousness. In traditional culture, we are accustomed to describe it as Yuanshen. The mountains, rivers, sunsets, birds and beasts we see, as well as various religions, sciences, philosophy, art and the boundless universe are all produced by this soul, which is the palace of the gods.
Let’s look at some theoretical models
In the course of life, evolution is the eternal goal, and it has been so for hundreds of millions of years. Across different races and cultures throughout history, the ultimate direction and final form of human evolution are strikingly similar. In all myths, legends and religious expressions, human beings want to evolve into a beam of light! Why is it light? This has a lot to do with our understanding of matter and consciousness.
What is consciousness? We call a kind of unstable meta-state energy that is always in a discrete state consciousness. What is matter? Matter is what we think of as elemental energy with a stable structure. In a new cognitive system, matter and consciousness are the same energy, which we name as meta-energy. Why do humans want to evolve into a beam of light? That’s because light is also energy and can connect and merge with the source of the universe: meta-consciousness.
What is “self” in self-organization theory?
In our world, everything develops and evolves naturally according to the "self-organization theory". In self-organization theory, the focus is that everything can "self-organize" and have "self". In order to better understand the self-organization theory, we borrowed a theoretical model: the new theory believes that everything in the universe has individual consciousness. All things are animistic because of the integration of meta-consciousness and all things. It is precisely because everything has individual meta-consciousness that all things have a "self" and can carry out self-organized evolution.
The power under the dome
Under the dome, we constructed N-layer space. Under the dome is our wonderful world. In the first space, all phases are consistent, but when different people see these phases, they will decode them into different new phases, and then construct and enter new and different spaces. From one space to a deeper space, many people will continue to build the second, third, fourth, and even the Nth level of space. Countless individual meta-consciousnesses are constantly building new spaces. Every rise of an idea is the decoding of everything in the universe by the primordial spirit. Every disappearance of an idea is a decoding that has been sent to the meta-consciousness through the primordial network. Every time the heartbeat is delivered, the universe is updated. Multi-layered spaces are constantly generating, jumping and generating energy, and these energies are the meta-power that changes our world.
Next, we have our first contact with meta-spacetime
The "Schrödinger equation" describes the "phenomenal entity" in "phenomenal space-time". In fact, all equations are the same. As we all know, real numbers describe the entire system of physics and modern science. But real numbers themselves are not real! Planets and nature do not produce real numbers; real numbers are the product of humanization. The discrete state of elemental energy determines that real numbers are only a description that is relatively close to the ontology. Real numbers are still an expression of existence created by us in "phenomenal space and time", and real numbers are just a "phenomenal entity". How to recognize the "meta-entity" that has always been in "meta-time and space", that is to say, the ontology of "real numbers"?
Binary is represented by two different symbols, 0 and 1. These are actually two symbolic symbols, which means that 0 and 1 are in a corresponding relationship: they can be 0 and 1, yes and no, or yes and no. The reason why we can recognize binary or two corresponding relationships in "phenomenal space-time" is because there is only one possibility of tracing the source: the original state energy ontology in "meta-time and space" has at least two "element states". In "phenomenal space-time", we Chinese define these at least two "primary states" as yin and yang.
Humanity's systematic understanding and expression of meta-spacetime has just begun, and we can tentatively advance our understanding through multiple paths.
Yinzang
When a bamboo tube has no holes, it is a tuner. We all know that this bamboo tube contains five tones. Once the bamboo tube is made into a musical instrument (such as a flute), Gong Shangjiao and Zheng Yu will come out. This bamboo tube can also be called the bamboo "sound treasure".
These are all expressions in phenomenal space-time. Tracing the source from this, the ontology of this bamboo "sound reservoir" must also contain the ontology that can produce "sound sources" in the "element time and space". In other words, there is movement within the elemental state energy, which is projected into vibration in the phenomenal space and time. In the phenomenon of time and space, the "interaction of yin and yang" in traditional culture should be the most vivid expression of the ontological operation of Yuan state energy.
Meta-time and space has always existed. From ancient times to the present, different cultures have explored meta-time and space.
yinyun
In classical theory, charged particles create a physical field. Charged particles in a physical field will feel the force of this field. The interaction between charged particles transmitted through this "field" can be described by Maxwell's equations and Lorentz's force law. So how should this kind of "field" be recognized in meta-spacetime? In phenomenal space and time, we call existences with a high degree of consensus, regular repetition, and relatively stability real objects, and the interaction between real objects is realized by "fields." In meta-spacetime, the so-called physical objects are actually meta-state energy with a relatively stable structure. The elemental energy is dispersed rather than dissipated, and can be traced back to its source because of the existence of a "field". This shows that there is interaction within the body of Yuan state energy. If we want to try to describe this state of interaction, the closest expression in traditional culture is: yinyun。
meta domain
"Meta-domain" is the first theoretical model in history to systematically describe meta-spacetime. Meta-spacetime corresponds to phenomenal space-time, and when we observe meta-entities (ontologies), phenomenal entities will be produced. The meta-domain is a phenomenal entity, and the ontology of the meta-domain is not in phenomenal time and space. The meta-domain is the systematic product of individual meta-consciousness comprehensively observing meta-entities in meta-space and time. The meta-domain is a brand-new cognitive system. Yuanyu is a new way of looking at the world, a new worldview.
Yuanyu's Taixu Discrimination of Illusions
When we observe the person's body, the moment we observe, the person's "appearance" is produced, which is what we usually describe as seeing vivid faces. In phenomenal time and space, human skin is a particularly interesting thing, but we all know that underneath the vivid face is only flesh and blood in the biological sense. In meta-spacetime, human body parts can also be understood as wearable devices. For example, our eyes are not that we can see because we have eyes, but that we have eyes because we can see. We are still looking for various possible routes of evolution. The image of higher intelligent creatures with big heads, small bodies, and even mental communication is also one of the possible routes for our evolution. There are infinite possibilities for human evolution. Once the time is ripe, various primitive powers will evolve into "the Force".
A glimpse of Yuanyu’s Celestial Eye
Information has always existed in the form of energy. In phenomenal space-time, one of the ways in which information-type energy is projected is through phenomena that we recognize as words. But words are not real. There are no natural words on the planet or in nature. The discrete state of energy determines that words are only a description method that is closer to the meta-reality. The ontology of words is energy with a relatively stable structure. What we observe is the ontology of words, and the content expressed by words and combinations of words is energy with a relatively discrete structure. Different people reading this discrete energy may produce different phenomenal entities. Discrete energy itself may also produce multi-factor displacement. When this displacement is projected into the phenomenal space and time, the content-type discrete energy may be repeatedly matched or rearranged in a larger range to seek a new home.

The Sky Opens Quantum Jump
When we observe the jump of electrons, the "phase" of the electron is produced at the moment of observation. Every time an observation is made, a "phase" electron appears once, which means that one body electron corresponds to an infinite number of "phase" electrons, and these "phase" electrons are still a continuous function. The Schrödinger equation describes these "phase" electrons, but only converts the "phase" electrons into the frequency domain space. What has always been said is that "we" are observing, and the identity of this "us" is the individual meta-consciousness of human beings. The observation of individual meta-consciousness follows the operating rules of meta-state energy and is discrete and discontinuous, so the "phase" electron motion we observe is also discontinuous.

The quality of photons is related to frequency. Classical theory holds that the rest mass of a photon is zero. The continuous observation of photons by individual meta-consciousness will follow the laws of meta-state energy. Observation is an energy effect. Observation makes photons move, and the movement produces mass. The mass is converted into meta-state energy, and then everything in the universe is created. The sky opens and everything becomes one
There is no fixed model for the "smallest particles" that exist in a free state in the universe. The most basic components of matter are unlike any particles we have ever discovered. "The smallest particles that make up matter" exist in the state of elemental energy. Elemental energy can become various particles that we have discovered and yet to discover in phenomenal space and time. We used to describe the fuzzy state that has not yet been differentiated into particles as "chaos", and "chaos" is the energy of the original state. The moment the individual meta-consciousness observes the meta-state energy, various particles are created. Time, space, speed, mass, etc. are all the results of individual meta-consciousness observations. Observation creates phenomenal entities, and observation is an energy effect. In a universe filled with elemental energy, everything is one.

Essence and Force
Ancient Chinese medicine practitioners and Taoists believed that the "essence" inherent in the human body is the most basic element of life. Taoist alchemy is based on "refining essence" as the main cultivation. The traditional classic Huangdi's "Nei Jing" also believes that "nourishing essence" can "remove diseases and prolong life." What exactly is "real essence"? The Taoist "Yuan Jing Theory" believes that it is "the inherent natural function of life." The Buddhist "mind essence theory" evolved into "jing" similar to "heat" in cosmology. The new understanding is that the "jing" mentioned by the two families is a change of "zhenjing", which can be proved by the sense of Ren Du channel. "True Essence" is the internal circulation of energy in the human body: the discrete movement of energy in the body will lead to the state of ascension, and the aggregate movement will automatically enter the process of nurturing life. "True Essence" is the source of life and the "original power" of life.
Qi and energy
"Zhenqi" in traditional culture is the function of "karma consciousness" which is a combination of "warmth", "shou" and "consciousness" as mentioned by the Consciousness-only Sect of Buddhism. If we use the current way of cognition and expression, we can also describe Qi as the "energy" of life. But "energy" in this context of Qi is not "energy" or electrical energy in physics, nor is it "instinct" in biology. There is no "fire" in the heart, but the real "qi". This state of interaction between the yin and yang of heaven and earth is the normal state of energy operation in the new cognitive theory. Infuriating energy can also be described as "original energy".
God and consciousness
"Book of Changes, Xici Zhuan" contains the concept of "god". The classic holds that "god has no formula, Yi has no body", and "unpredictable yin and yang are called gods". The concept of "god" is described in more detail in Taisu's Theology of the Yellow Emperor's "Nei Jing": "The god is like a god. He cannot hear, his eyes are clear, his heart is open, and his ambition is the first. Huiran alone realizes, can't speak, can see everything, it seems dim, illuminating alone, like wind blowing clouds, so it is called god." The "Huang Ting Jing" written after the Han and Wei dynasties believes that there is a god in the internal organs and every cell, which makes the religious view more scientific. In the new cognitive theory, the "god" in traditional culture can also be tried to be expressed as individual meta-consciousness.
Yuanli·Escape from the heart's thoughts
We can watch a thought arise, change, and disappear. You can also slow-motion process the thought from rising to disappearing. We can clearly perceive a thought from its rise to its final disappearance. Most of the time, the end point of our perception is when the thought disappears, that is, most people recognize the disappearance of the thought as the end point of the thought.
