About Fernanda Guasselli

Architect, MSc in urban planning, PhD candidate in the Faculty of Engineering and Science at Aalborg University.

My research addresses sustainable energy transition in cities through an interdisciplinary and multiscale approach. From smart homes to net-zero emissions neighborhoods, I investigate the role of technology in changing households energy practices, and how this in-depth understanding of everyday life can support the design of smart energy technologies, scenarios and roadmaps for the energy and tech industries.
