About Ayman Elshkaki
Ayman Elshkaki is professor at the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research (IGSNRR) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), and senior researcher at the Chinese Academy of Land and Resource Economics. Prior to his current appointments, he spent six years at the Centre for Industrial Ecology of Yale University, three years at the Centre of Environmental Policy of Imperial College London, and six years at the Institute of Environmental Sciences of Leiden University. Ayman has a Ph.D. in Industrial Ecology and published over 40 publications in scientific journals and books
