About Angli Xue

I am a Postdoc Scientist at the Computational Genomics Laboratory, Garvan Institute of Medical Research in Sydney, Australia. My current research interests are focused on understanding genetic control of gene expression at the single-cell level and I am co-leading the TenK10K cohort study. I received my Ph.D. in the field of statistical genetics from The University of Queensland in 2021 and the Bachelor's degree from Zhejiang University in 2015. My Ph.D. work was focused on genome-wide association studies and multi-omics integration of type 2 diabetes, utilizing software tools to investigate the genetic architecture of human complex diseases, and developing new methods for causal inference.
