About Bing Deng

Bing Deng is currently an assistant professor at Department of Environmental Engineering, School of Environment, Tsinghua University. He obtained his B.S. (2014) and Ph.D. (2019) from Peking University. After that, he was a postdoctoral researcher with Prof. Charles M. Lieber at Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology, Harvard Universtiy from 2019 to 2020. Then, he was a postdoctoral researcher with Prof. James M. Tour in Department of Chemistry, Rice University from 2020 to 2023. His research interest is focused on the development of electrified processess for resource recovery, environmental remediaiton, and eco-friendly materials productions and applications in energy conversion and catalysis.
