About Pablo Laborda
I am postdoctoral researcher in the Infection Microbiology group of the Department of Clinical Microbiology, Rigshospitalet. I obtained my PhD in 2022 after developing my doctoral thesis in the Spanish National Centre for Biotechnology, CNB-CSIC. My thesis emphasized on the study of the evolution of antibiotic resistance in order to identify potential evolution-based approaches to tackle antibiotic-resistant pathogens, with a particular focus on Pseudomonas aeruginosa. From 2023, I have been studying the dynamics of host-microbe interactions that govern bacterial colonization of the lungs.
