About Shun Watanabe
Shun Watanabe is an Associate Professor in the Department of Advanced Materials Science at the University of Tokyo. He received his PhD in materials science from Nagoya University in 2011, then carried out postdoctoral research on charge and spin transport physics in organic semiconductors at the University of Cambridge. In 2016, he started his independent research carrier at the University of Tokyo as principal investigator. His research focuses on materials science in solution-processable semiconductors, and condensed matter physics with the goal of potential applications in printable optoelectronic devices.
