A cupin superfamily enzyme SbzM catalyzes the formation of sulfonamide moiety in the biosynthesis of a sulfonamide natural antibiotic altemicidin. Here, we report the structure-function and mechanistic analyses of AmSbzM by in vitro characterization, crystallization, mutagenesis and calculations.

Stabilizing a cell state to restore immune recognition
In PDAC, tumor plasticity drives immune evasion and resistance. We show that MEKi induces GATA6-dependent MHCI upregulation in classical cells but also promotes loss of this immune-permissive state. Stabilizing GATA6 via HDACi preserves antigen presentation and boosts CD8⁺ T cell responses.
Cd₃As₂ Kinetic Inductance for Miniaturized Terahertz Circuits
