How closely do learning rate estimates measure the thing they are supposed to measure – technological progress – and to what extent are they affected by technology-external factors? We investigated how exchange rates affect learning measurements and developed a method to solve the problem.
Motivation and behaviour change: What can people do about it?
What can people themselves do to facilitate their own change toward important goals? Our work brought together 123 self-enactable behaviour- and motivation-regulation techniques, from existing classifications of behaviour change techniques and literature reviews.
