Mycofluidics of clocks in single filaments of Neurospora crassa
We show single filaments in the model system Neurospora crassa have a biological clock. We also develop model of the clock in single filaments that is supported by microfluidics data and provides an explanation for long distance (mm) synchronization of clocks in filaments.
