Twin physically unclonable functions based on aligned carbon nanotube arrays
Aligned carbon nanotube arrays have random characteristics, such as chirality and position, perpendicular to the growth direction and identical characteristics along the growth direction. We proposed and realized twin physically unclonable functions based on CNTs for secure communication.
Synthesis of Aryldifluoromethyl Aryl Ethers via Nickel-Catalyzed Suzuki Cross-Coupling Reactions
An efficient synthesis of aryldifluoromethyl aryl ethers was established via nickel-catalyzed aryloxydifluoromethylation. Using this protocol, difluoromethylated PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitors were comveniently achieved with enhanced antitumor efficacy over the non-fluoro congeners.
Magnetic aerogel for hazardous dye and toxic metals remediation
A group of academic principle investigator's from multiple countries (Poland, Taiwan and India) were developed an efficient adsorbent of magnetite nanoparticles decorated PVA-modified PEI-h-BNNSs aerogel (adsorbent) for efficiently capturing of heavy metals and organic dyes from an aqueous solution.
Solid-liquid-gas reaction accelerated by gas molecule tunnelling-like effect
We image the etching of gold nanorods directly at the solid-liquid-gas interface through liquid cell transmission electron microscopy. The local reaction is dramatically accelerated by up to 20 times when the distance between the gas bubbles and the solid (nanorods) is less than 1 nm.
