Stabilizing a cell state to restore immune recognition
In PDAC, tumor plasticity drives immune evasion and resistance. We show that MEKi induces GATA6-dependent MHCI upregulation in classical cells but also promotes loss of this immune-permissive state. Stabilizing GATA6 via HDACi preserves antigen presentation and boosts CD8âș T cell responses.
